- Login to control panel
- Select SERVICES > MAIL
- Click on the desired email address you want to set auto response
- Click AUTORESPONDERS
- Click ADD NEW AUTO RESPONDER
- Provide the necessary texts, attachments, information and contents in their respective fields in this section
- Click OK
- Now you need to Activate this Auto Responses
- In MAIL > MAILID@DOMAIN section, click ENABLE button
- Your auto responder will be activated
- Login to control panel
- Select SERVICES > MAIL
- Click on the desired email address you want to deactivate auto responder
- Click AUTORESPONDERS
- Click DISABLE button
- Click OK
- Your auto responder will be de-activated
