How do I activate Auto Responder?

  • Login to control panel
  • Select SERVICES > MAIL
  • Click on the desired email address you want to set auto response
  • Click AUTORESPONDERS
  • Click ADD NEW AUTO RESPONDER
  • Provide the necessary texts, attachments, information and contents in their respective fields in this section
  • Click OK
  • Now you need to Activate this Auto Responses
  • In MAIL > MAILID@DOMAIN section, click ENABLE button
  • Your auto responder will be activated
Deactivation process
  • Login to control panel
  • Select SERVICES > MAIL
  • Click on the desired email address you want to deactivate auto responder
  • Click AUTORESPONDERS
  • Click DISABLE button
  • Click OK
  • Your auto responder will be de-activated
